God and lucifer

We all have both. A compassionate, protective, loving, nurturing side.

And a fearful side, which leads us to jealousy, greed, hatred.

Kindness feels better than hatred.

Therefor, compassion trumps fear.

Being a kind person isn’t about always being nice or never feeling like you want to hurt someone.

Being a kind person is learning and perfecting the skills of how to express and feel these things fully in a way that doesn’t cause pain.

It’s about overcoming those fears and getting that dark emotion out.

Otherwise, if you ignore it or bottle it up, it does pushups and Pilates until its able to force itself out. Stronger than it needed to be.

Usually at a horrible moment when you’re already run down and tired.
